CUBAN CAJITA – Restaurant
Family-run and built around one very good idea, Cuban Cajita packs a Cuban plate into a box and sends it out of a Miami truck. The cajita is the whole menu's spine: moro, a fried maduro and a salad, then your protein, cerdo asado, chuleta, or bistec de cerdo. Aperitivos, sides and Cuban sodas fill out the order, and the Parrillada La Cubana scales the whole thing up to a shared grill. Amelia and Roilan Suarez run it. Diners come back to the same two notes, that the meat arrives fresh and properly cooked and the box matches its photograph.
