A Tampa food truck built on a simple crossover: Mexican-American formats filled with Cuban cooking. Pick your vehicle, then your protein. Bowls, tacos, nachos, quesadillas and loaded fries all take picadillo in tomato sauce, mojo-marinated grilled chicken, slow mojo pork shoulder or carne asada skirt steak, with yellow rice, red or black beans and up to five toppings and sauces mixed as you like. Fresh-cut fries and freshly fried corn chips do the heavy lifting under the queso. Lemonade and pineapple tea are made in-house. It keeps a standing weekend residency at one Tampa lot, running late into Saturday night.
