DAIRY BELLE – Restaurant

French-Canadian comfort food landed in Broward County and never left. Dairy Belle has been cooking to order for more than two decades, now from a corner spot on East Dania Beach Boulevard, and poutine is the whole point: fries, cheese curds and gravy in a long run of variations, barbecue sauce among them. Around it sit toasted hot dogs, hot chicken sandwiches and fresh-cut fries. Then the freezer case, with real soft serve, hard-scoop ice cream flavours, frozen yogurt and a sugar-free swirl. Beer and wine round it out, plus a Wednesday draft deal with any food order. Closed Mondays.
