Custom celebration cakes are the headline and want roughly two weeks' notice, but the daily case stands on its own: a thick double chocolate chunk cookie built on Belgian dark and milk chocolate, a lemon cookie shot through with white chocolate, a midnight cookies-and-cream studded with Oreos, and a dense dairy-free brownie.
