DALTON'S SPORTS GRILL – American
A family-run sports bar on Henley Road that has become Clay County's default game-day room. Wings come bone-in or boneless in counts from five to fifty, and the starters lean Southern: fried green tomatoes, fried mushrooms, chicken gizzards, loaded nachos, a jumbo pretzel. Burgers carry local names, the Bronco and the Green Monster among them, alongside Wheeler's Philly cheesesteak, buffalo chicken salads and loaded potatoes including the Swamp Donkey. Mahi and shrimp dinners cover the seafood. A different special lands daily, running from tacos on Tuesday through to meatballs Sunday. The owners cite repeat Best of Clay honours since 2019.
