DARK ALCHEMY COFFEE – Restaurant

An apothecary theme runs through this Riverside Drive coffee bar in Holly Hill, which opened at the end of 2025 and names its drinks like spells. The signature list covers the Eclipse, Oracle and Solar lattes, a midnight pecan latte, Solstice Ember and the maca-spiked Soul Root, plus matcha in serenity, watermelon and strawberry-hibiscus versions. Food is genuine, not an afterthought: breakfast and classic bagels, egg bites, empanadas, a gluten-free spinach and Swiss quiche, charcuterie for one. The bakery case turns out croissants, muffins, brownie squares and seasonal loaves. Beer and wine are listed too. Small shop, seriously long menu.
