Memphis came to Duval County. D'bo's built its name on Memphis-style hot wings more than thirty-five years ago, and the King Street kitchen runs the same playbook: party wings by the five, ten, twenty or hundred, up to four flavours across a single order, with blue cheese or house ranch alongside. Boiled crab legs, boiled shrimp and lobster tails cover the seafood side; catfish and shrimp po'boys, the D'bo's smash burger and a Philly cheesesteak fill the lunch board. There is a full veggie-wing menu too. Frozen daiquiris come by the glass, pitcher or tower. Late Friday and Saturday closing.
