DEBONAIR SUPPER CLUB – Restaurant
A supper club on South Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando, hung with an extensive art collection and built to run late: dinner, lounge, bottle service and live entertainment in one room. The kitchen is serious about it. Starters include corvina ceviche with leche de tigre and rocoto peppers, oysters Rockefeller, prime beef carpaccio with miso aioli, and a hot-stone filet you finish yourself. Then rack of lamb under mint pistachio sauce, blackened red snapper, scallop and lobster pasta, wild mushroom risotto, and bone-in veal parmesan. Steaks run from certified prime to Japanese A5. A chilled seafood tower feeds four people.
