Honduran baleadas and Nicaraguan tajadas con queso sit beside tacos de birria, soft tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Bigger plates run to carne asada a la plancha with two sides, mixed fajitas, barbecue pork ribs, chicharrones de pollo frito and a large beef rib soup. Tamales de elote arrive with cheese and cream. Fried tacos, wings with fries and hot dogs cover the rest, and horchata is the drink to order.
