DI LIDO BEACH CLUB – Restaurant

One of the few restaurants on South Beach that genuinely sits on the sand: DiLido Beach Club occupies the Ritz-Carlton's oceanfront terrace at 1 Lincoln Road, run by the Jose Andres Group with Atlantic views and direct beach access. The cooking leans coastal and Spanish-inflected, built around aguachile de camarones with cucumber, mint and serrano, smashed avocado with pineapple, jicama and plantain chips, gazpacho, octopus with crispy potatoes and garlic aioli, churrasco under mojo verde, and a txuleburger of ground ribeye. Flan with coconut espuma closes it out. Open daily from eleven, later at weekends. Book a table well ahead.
