DIM SUM EXPRESS – Restaurant

Dim sum in Palm Coast, worked out of a small counter on Cypress Point Parkway. The steamed baskets lead: classic pork shu mai, har gow shrimp dumplings, soup dumplings, beancurd rolls, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet, sticky rice wraps, beef tripe, and a red bean piggie bun for the children. Baked and fried brings turnip cake, sesame balls, custard egg tarts, vegetable spring rolls and pork-and-chive dumplings. Wonton soups come plain or slicked with chili oil. From the kitchen, salt-and-pepper chicken, salt-and-pepper tofu, house lo mein, barbecue pork fried rice. Open till eight, closed Sundays. Handmade, quick and thoroughly unfussy.
