DOCKSIDE DINER – Restaurant

A walk-up window on the shore of Echo Lake at Disney's Hollywood Studios, dressed as a moored boat and built almost entirely around the quarter-pound all-beef hot dog. Five versions come off it: bacon macaroni and cheese under mustard aioli, a California BLTA with avocado and black pepper mayonnaise, a cheesy garlic pretzel dog beneath beer cheese sauce and crispy onions, a pretzel dog with apple-braised sauerkraut, and the plain one. Each lands with house-made potato chips. The bacon macaroni and cheese also stands alone. Shakes are the other draw, running from a dirt cup shake to a spiked mudslide.
