DOLPHIN FOUNTAIN – Restaurant
An old-fashioned soda fountain crossed with a proper grill, open daily from late morning until eleven at the Walt Disney World Dolphin. The Fountain griddles a Certified Angus smash burger on a locally baked bun and sends out The Footer, a twelve-inch all-beef kosher hot dog under house sauerkraut and cheese sauce. There are blackened flounder and hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, a corned beef Reuben on marbled rye, hot Italian beef and loaded queso tots. Grilled cheese arrives with roasted tomato soup for dipping. An oversized Bavarian pretzel opens. Then the real business: hand-dipped and soft-serve ice cream, malts and shakes.
