DOM HELIO – Steakhouse

Brazil and Italy share a kitchen here, minutes from Celebration, and neither side gives ground. Rodizio runs every evening from five, while the printed card lists picanha top sirloin cap, ribeye, lamb rack and filet mignon, each with maluco rice or mashed potato alongside. Pasta is handmade: seared gnocchi under four-cheese sauce with a filet medallion, spaghetti ai frutti di mare, fettuccine beneath ribeye in cream. Risottos carry hearts of palm, or Sicilian lemon and asparagus. Starters lean Brazilian: pastel, bacon-flecked black bean broth. Artisan pizzas take a Brazilian turn; dessert versions close with brigadeiro, banoffee and Romeo and Juliet.
