DOMA – Restaurant
Doma takes its name from the Russian and Latin for home, and the layout follows: a bar and open kitchen where an Argentinian wood grill runs hot, a living room for sushi and cocktails, a dining room, a garden. Opened in 2017 by brothers Boris and Edward Safaniev, it is a modern American steakhouse kosher under the Vaad of the Five Towns. Start with barbacoa beef tacos, chicken drumpops, ahi tuna poke or the Painter's Plate, then the tomahawk chop for two or a chile-rubbed Delmonico. Doma donuts and a cotton candy tower finish. Sunday lunch; dinner Sunday to Thursday.
