Pete and Deserie Tavolacci opened this Palm Coast counter in 2008 with Butch and Debbie DeCarlo, naming it for their eldest son. It is a quick-serve deli on Cypress Point Parkway built on Boar's Head meats, with Junior's cheesecakes from Brooklyn. The Dirty Bird is the headline: better than two pounds of turkey layered with corned beef, pastrami, Swiss and spicy mustard on a Kaiser, meant to be shared. Elsewhere sit the Pesto Primo, a caprese wrap, the Big Mouth Club, and a veggie panini of broccoli, carrot, avocado and roasted peppers. Breakfast from seven. Dine in or take out.
