DON JEDIONDO – Restaurant

Colombian home cooking on International Drive, run as a counter inside the outlet mall food court. The ajiaco is the draw: chicken, potatoes and guasca broth served with rice and a toston, or upgraded with a whole chicken leg. Bandeja paisa arrives loaded, and the grill turns out carne asada, churrasco, costilla with chicharron, and mixed-meat platters for three or four. Snack instead on arepa con queso y hogao, patacon con queso, chorizo, morcilla or a cup of consome. Burgers come Colombian-style on patacon or with sweet plantain. Pony Malta and Chocoramo close it. Portions are generous, prices stay fair.
