Guatemalan cooking on Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers, in a strip-mall room that fills up fast at midday and runs a brisk takeout counter alongside. The shuco is what to order — the Guatemalan hot dog, in pollo, res or the mixta — and the carne asada comes off the grill properly charred. Ceviche de camaron, chile relleno, tamales and fresh pico de gallo round out a menu that also covers breakfast, tacos, coffee ground fresh, and smoothies and juices. Doors open at ten most days and nine on Sunday, and stay open into the evening. Casual and generous.
