DON'S FAMOUS HOAGIES – Restaurant

A South Apollo Boulevard sub counter where the hoagies are named after the Space Coast itself. The Challenger stacks roast beef, ham, turkey and cheese; the Apollo Swallow keeps it to roast beef and ham; the Melbourne Bulldog goes turkey and ham; the Florida Tech Teaser is turkey and cheese; and City Hall is, fittingly, a lot of bologna. Italian hoagies come layered with spiced ham, salami, capicola and provolone. There is a meatball cheese melt, a tuna melt, pastrami or corned beef on rye toast. Weekdays only, ten to five, with a drive-through window for those in a hurry.
