Mobile kitchen, fixed following. Doris Food Truck has been trading around Miami-Dade for several years, taking Tex-Mex seriously while keeping a Cuban lunch counter alive on the same board. The griddle turns out carne asada and al pastor tacos, shrimp and chicken versions, quesadillas of steak, pork or pollo, chicken and steak burritos, and rice bowls assembled to order. Pan con lechon, croquetas and churrasco with fries answer for Miami. Sides run to nachos, flautas, fries, chips with salsa; churros close it out. Being mobile, there is no dining room, so check where it is parked before you set out.
