D'Oro Pizza Bar opened on East Flagler Street in 2021 under owner and chef Mariano Galluzzi, built around dough made from scratch daily and high-temperature ovens that turn a pizza out in minutes. Order one built to your own spec, or take the fast-fired Neapolitan and traditional rounds as they come. Around them sit antipasti, panini, calzone, insalata and Italian desserts, with draft and imported Italian beer, wine and a happy hour. The kitchen runs late - past midnight nightly, to two on Fridays and Saturdays. Downtown Miami's closest thing to an actual pizza factory.
