The food is Haitian first, Caribbean and Hispanic around the edges. Fritay leads: acra, marinade, pate kode, griot kabobs, all with pikliz. Mains run to griot, tassot turkey, cabrit, oxtail with rice of the day and fried plantains, legume, bouillon on Thursdays and Saturdays.
