DRACULA'S LEGACY WINE BAR – Mediterranean
Tucked just off the busy stretch of Second Avenue Northeast, the St. Petersburg branch of Dracula's Legacy carries the same Romanian-immigrant story and gothic decor as its Tampa sibling, but in a quieter room with board games on the tables and a dog welcome underfoot. The wine list is the draw, poured generously and built around Romanian varietals, with a Werewolf Pinot Noir among the specialty pours. Small plates and tapas back it up: caprese salad, bruschetta, charcuterie boards, garlic knots, flatbreads and fondue. Regulars call it the most interesting wine list downtown, and return for a slow, spooky-cozy evening.
