For more than 25 years, the kitchen at Dragon Court on Alafaya Trail in Oviedo has turned out the same house favorites: General Tso's Chicken, Hong Kong Steak, Singapore-Style Vermicelli, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Beef with Broccoli and Crab Rangoon. Lunch specials keep the room full on weekdays, and regulars single out the roast pork lo mein, a chicken curry with vegetables cooked just right, and what more than one diner calls the best wonton soup around. Service tends to run fast and courteous, the room stays clean, and portions are large enough that takeout boxes go home half full.
