Sliced pork, pulled pork, sliced beef, smoked brisket and smoked turkey all come off the pit; baby backs and St. Louis style ribs come slow-smoked with garlic bread and two sides. The Ultimate Bar-B-Q Burger piles bacon, cheddar, pulled pork and an onion ring onto a chargrilled patty. Sauces run sweet, mild and hot, and bottles go home with you. Lunch specials run until four.
