On Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, Eating House is chef Giorgio Rapicavoli's tribute to South Florida — the Miami-born Food Network Chopped champion built his menu around the flavors, colors, and sounds of the city, folding in his Argentine and Italian roots. It began as a pop-up before settling into a permanent room, later relocating from its original Ponce de Leon address to Giralda, where Rapicavoli also runs Luca Osteria. Chicken and waffles, pasta carbonara, and a widely loved dirt cup dessert anchor the menu, alongside a ribeye and sea bass. Brunch, Miami Spice, and Sunday Supper keep regulars returning.
