At the corner of Eaton and William in Old Town Key West, Eaton Street Seafood Market runs a full glass case of local catch — grouper, snapper, deep-water exotics, Key West pink shrimp, lobster, and stone crabs — but it's also a working kitchen. Pick a fish and they'll cook it to order: fish and shrimp sandwiches, grilled lobster tail, cracked stone crab, eaten at covered outdoor seating with harbor views. The kitchen turns out its own ceviche, smoked fish dip, and seafood salads, and will peel, steam, or crack whatever's headed home with you instead. It ships nationwide, too.
