Eden Wok opened in New Rochelle as the Tri-State's first Glatt Kosher Asian fusion spot, supervised by the Vaad Harabonim of Queens and run by owner Josh Berkowitz. Mondays bring an all-you-can-eat buffet with sushi, two soups, and rotating beef and chicken, while the menu runs from sesame wings and lettuce wraps through matzo-ball soup, lo mein, and a Penang red curry. The House Special Duck, half a crispy duck cut into chunks in brown sauce with Chinese vegetables, is a signature order.
