EDGE – Restaurant
Perched on the rooftop of the Four Seasons Hotel Miami in Brickell, this restaurant traded its steakhouse roots for a French brasserie turn, now trading as Edge Brasserie and Cocktail Bar after years as Edge Steak & Bar. The kitchen still answers to chef Edouard Deplus, trained under Yannick Alléno at Paris's Le Meurice, keeping the skyline views and open-air terrace. Weekday lunch runs a tight prix fixe built around a starter and a main. Sunday brings the bigger draw: a seafood raw bar, grilled tomahawk steaks, made-to-order pasta, paella, and unlimited stone crabs. Brickell dressed up, minus the stiffness.
