EL BAGEL – Restaurant
El Bagel began as a Downtown Miami food truck in the summer of 2017 and has grown into two storefronts, one in MiMo and another in Coconut Grove, each open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed Tuesdays. Every bagel is hand-rolled from a five-ingredient dough, cold-fermented with a sourdough starter and boiled before baking, yielding a blistered crust and a dense, chewy interior. Daily flavors include plain, poppy, sesame and everything, with rotating options like jalapeno-cheddar and cinnamon raisin. Sandwiches such as the BEC, the King Guava and a whitefish grill round out the full counter menu.
