El Cielo Miami, at 31 SE 5th Street on the Miami River in Brickell, is the U.S. outpost of Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos's tasting-menu restaurant. Executive Sous Chef Sebastian Moreno Henao runs the kitchen locally, working Colombian ingredients and techniques into sensory-driven, multi-course presentations. The restaurant offers a tasting menu alongside a shorter bar menu and, seasonally, a three-course Miami Spice menu; an outdoor terrace overlooking the river serves shareable plates and grilled dishes in a casual format. It is open nightly except Tuesdays, reserved for private events. The restaurant has held a Michelin star each year since 2022.
