EL MERCADO DE CORONADO – Restaurant
El Mercado de Coronado is the main quick-service food court at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, run by the Palmas Group, which also operates the Mexico Pavilion restaurants at Epcot. Set up like an indoor market, it holds several stations under one roof: pizza and pasta, burgers, and sandwiches, serving American and Mexican-inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Servers bring and refill drinks table-side, unlike most quick-service counters, so guests are expected to tip. It is open to any Disney guest visiting the resort, not just those staying there overnight.
