El Toro Loco built its Miami reputation on shareable churrasco, six restaurants deep across Calle Ocho, Tamiami, Westchester, Kendall, the Hammocks and Doral Square. The deluxe platter stacks lamb chops, churrasco, picanha and bacon-wrapped chicken; a wagyu version swaps in entrana, filet mignon and wagyu picanha. Add a sampler of eight different sides.
