Order picanha or churrasco by the half-pound, or hand the decision over to a picada platter loaded with churrasco, chorizo, baby back ribs and picanha. Bone marrow on brioche toast and wagyu tostones open proceedings. Feijoada, truffle mac and cheese and yuca sticks crowd the sides column.
