El Toro Loco cooks Brazilian churrasco across six Miami restaurants and a fleet of trucks, selling prime picanha, churrasco, lamb chops, chorizo and chicken wrapped in bacon by weight. Wagyu sits at the top of the board: American, Australian and A5 Japanese, plus a dry-aged wagyu picanha finished with honey glaze. Grilled octopus, tuna tartare and manchego croquettes handle the opening rounds. Sides run from garlic rice to feijoada and brisket tamal. Regulars praise juicy cuts and fast, friendly floor staff.
