EL TORO LOCO CHURRASCARIA – Restaurant
The wagyu board alone runs three continents deep. El Toro Loco grades its steaks from USDA Prime through American, Australian and A5 Japanese wagyu, plus a gold dry-aged tier, and sells much of it by the pound across six Miami restaurants. Brazilian cuts anchor the rest: wagyu entrana, wagyu picanha, churrasco. A prime filet mignon comes paired with lobster. Appetisers lean luxurious, from iberico bellota ham with manchego to tuna tartare with ponzu and avocado. Sides run long enough to be a menu in themselves.
