EL TORO LOCO CHURRASCARIA – Restaurant
There is a house sauce called liquid toro, and it turns up on nearly everything. El Toro Loco is a Miami churrascaria chain, six restaurants plus food trucks, that grills Brazilian and American cuts to order and prices most of them by the half-pound or pound. Picanha and churrasco are USDA Prime all year round. Lamb chops arrive frenched, three or five to a plate. Sandwiches, wagyu burgers and a wagyu beef hot dog cover lighter appetites. Truffle fries, maduros, roasted corn and feijoada fill out the sides. Diners praise attentive, quick service. Expect noise, and portions built for sharing.
