El Toro Loco is a Brazilian-style steakhouse group with six Miami locations and half a dozen food trucks. The kitchen sells picanha and churrasco by weight, layers wagyu across American, Australian and A5 Japanese grades, and pairs everything with chimichurri. Wagyu tostones, yellowfin tataki and serrano croquettes with hot toro sauce round out the openers. Sides run to garlic rice, sweet kale salad, roasted corn and truffle mac and cheese. Diners repeatedly praise cuts cooked exactly to order. The soundtrack is unmistakably Miami.
