El Toro Loco is a Brazilian churrascaria group spread across six Miami neighbourhoods, from Little Havana to Doral, with food trucks filling the gaps. The grill sells picanha, churrasco, frenched lamb chops and chicken wrapped in bacon by the half-pound. A prime meat soup and a seasonal lobster bisque open colder evenings.
