ELENI'S PIZZA WORKS – Restaurant

Eleni's Pizza Works has turned out Greek-style pizza from its 15th Street East kitchen in Sarasota since 2004, still family-run and still proofing dough twenty-four hours in olive oil before stretching sixteen-inch pies with a thick, crispy-bottomed crust. The counter also runs gyros, spanakopita, Greek salads and pasta alongside the pizza, with weekday lunch specials from eleven to three. Regulars keep coming back for the crust as much as the toppings, and the shop leans into pickup, promising pies ready in fifteen to twenty minutes and pushing customers to order direct instead of through apps. Catering trays are available too.
