ELOTE LOVERS CO – Chinese
Elote Lovers grew out of Miami Roasted Corn, a food truck the family ran starting in 2011 before opening this storefront on South Dixie Highway in Homestead in 2019. Corn remains the throughline: classic elotes anchor the menu, extended into corn bowls that carry the same toppings without the cob. Alongside that sit birria tacos and birria burgers, crunchwraps, and a fresh-squeezed lemonade menu, with fried Oreos covering dessert. The shop is closed Mondays and open the rest of the week, run by the same family that started it as a truck more than a decade before the storefront existed.
