ESSENSIA – Restaurant

A restaurant and bar inside The Palms Hotel & Spa on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a Sunday brunch. The kitchen draws on a farm-to-table approach, sourcing seasonal ingredients in part from an on-property organic garden and building a menu around seasonal cooking. Sunday brunch runs as a buffet with curated stations, seasonal dishes and a chef-prepared entree chosen at the table. Seating spans an indoor dining room and a tropical, plant-filled outdoor setting. A cocktail and wine list rounds out the dining program for guests and visitors.
