At FantasyWorld Resort in Kissimmee's Lake Buena Vista South, the River Landing Pool Bar feeds poolside guests and day-pass visitors from 11 a.m. until dusk, daily. The kitchen runs a wood-fired oven and a fryer: hand-tossed pizzas in cheese or pepperoni, a dozen oven-baked or boneless wings with sauces from garlic parmesan to ghost pepper, soft pretzel bites with queso, and a sampler platter stacking wings, mozzarella sticks and chips. Handhelds cover a pub burger and a toasted grilled cheese, with mac and cheese for smaller appetites. Order right at the bar and let the water park do the rest.
