Fazoli's opened in Clermont in March 2021 at 1913 South Highway 27, giving south Lake County a location of the Kentucky-based Italian fast-casual chain. Guests order at a service counter and take a seat nearby while the kitchen works through baked pastas, spaghetti with marinara or meat sauce, deli-style subs, and individual pizzas, all served with the chain's unlimited breadsticks. Soups and salads are available for lighter orders, and a limited-time pasta rotates onto the board through the year. The restaurant runs dine-in, drive-thru, and carryout service, plus catering for offices and parties, with cheesecake and cinnamon rolls for dessert.
