FIRE ON THE BAYOU – Restaurant
Fire on the Bayou brings New Orleans-style Cajun cooking to Orange City, its Toast menu built around boils and po'boys. The Bucket of Love piles a pound of crawfish, a half-pound of shrimp and two snow crab clusters with andouille sausage, corn and potatoes in garlic butter or Bayou Love sauce, mild to hot. A shrimp po'boy comes hand-battered on French bread with house remoulade, and the Taste of NOLA samples jambalaya, chicken-andouille gumbo and red beans and rice with sausage. Appetizers start with fried boudin balls. The room leans into Louisiana decor and portions built for sharing, open daily.
