Fisherman's Corner is a Creole seafood restaurant on Perdido Key at 13486 Perdido Key Drive in Pensacola, open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m. The kitchen makes a dark-roux seafood gumbo with sausage, okra, crawfish, and shrimp, plus starters like fried green tomatoes topped with crawfish creole sauce, debris fries piled with roast beef and gravy, and firecracker shrimp in Thai chili aioli. Salads include a fried gumbo salad with shrimp, oysters, crawfish, and okra, and a sesame-seared tuna salad. A children's menu is offered for kids ten and under.
