FIVE BUCKS DRINKERY – Restaurant

The Central Avenue original has been a downtown St Pete fixture for over a decade, and it still runs on the same premise: every cocktail comes Big or Little, and the kitchen keeps going long after most of the block has closed. Food is unapologetically indulgent. The Original Mac and Cheese Melt stacks smoky pulled pork and mac onto Texas toast; the Happy Mother Clucker buries a chicken philly under queso and buffalo. Drinkery Fries, Taco de Birria and hand-pattied Angus smash burgers hold the rest. Drinkers keep returning for the sheer scale of the pours and the late kitchen.
