On Federal Highway in Stuart, Flamingo Diner has been a breakfast fixture since 1983, reopened under new owners who kept the nostalgic diner feel fully intact. Breakfast runs all day alongside burgers, steaks, Italian plates and a rotating list of daily home-cooked specials, made from scratch with the kitchen's own combination of spices and quality meats. Regulars keep coming back for the classic comfort-food formula and the sense that little has changed since the original 1983 run.
