Miami and its edges hold five of these, and they all run the same way: doors open at eleven every day of the year and stay open to midnight at the earliest, most of them considerably later. The group is family-run, South Florida born in 1959, and dressed throughout in fishing and boating photographs. Ribs cooked low and slow lead the menu; behind them come Joe's Rockin' Rib Rolls, garlic rolls, seafood gumbo, fresh dolphin served five ways, shrimp scampi and a twelve-ounce prime rib after four. Full menu at the bar. Weekday lunch is six ninety-nine before four o'clock.
