A Biscayne Boulevard room with outdoor seating, open seven days a week from late morning until well after midnight. North Miami's Flanigan's runs the same kitchen the family has run since 1959: baby back ribs bathed in tangy sweet barbecue sauce, homemade New England clam chowder, Tumbleweed Onions with honey mustard, Cajun Shrimp and Pasta, and mahi mahi blackened, broiled or fried. Ten ounce burgers arrive on Kaiser rolls with curly fries or dirty rice. A weekday lunch runs cheap before four, and pitchers bring free wings midweek. Guests praise the portions and the price.
